3. Composition of the committee:

(1) To develop the Virat area as a tourism business, there will be a committee named the Virat area tourism promotion development committee.
(2) The composition of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) A person designated by the Government of Nepal from among the people who have permanent residence in the Birat area - Chairman
(b) Head of District Administration Office of Virat Region - Member District Officers
(c) Chairpersons of District Development Committees of Virat Region - Members (D) Heads of Municipalities of Virat Region - Members (e) District-level representatives of the Nepal Industry and Commerce Association of Birat region - members (f) Three persons nominated by the Ministry including at least one woman from among businessmen, philanthropists or philanthropists related to tourism, representing from all the districts of Birat region - Member (g) Executive Director - Member - Secretary
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in clauses (b), (c), (d) and (e) of sub-section (2), according to those clauses, the chief district officer representing different districts in the committee, the chairman of the district development committee, the head of the municipality and Nepal Among the representatives of the trade association, the chief district officer of the district, the chairman of the district development committee, the head of the municipality and the representative of the Nepal trade association will work as members of the committee in turn for each year.
(4) The term of office of the chairman and nominated members will be four years.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (4), if the chairman and nominated member do not act according to their position, the Government of Nepal may remove them from the position of chairman and member at any time. But before such removal, he shall not be deprived of the opportunity to submit an explanation.
